A SPEEDING biker who ploughed into three teenage girls, killing one, was jailed yesterday for four years.
Shaun Bromham, 31, of Parc Bryn, Neath, sped round a blind bend at 60mph on a high performance Yamaha, killing a schoolgirl.
He was jailed for four years yesterday after admitting causing death by dangerous driving In English criminal law, the offence of causing death by dangerous driving is currently defined by the Road Traffic Act 1991 but, following Adomako (1995) 1 AC 171, the offence of motor manslaughter may now be the preferred charge. . He was also banned from driving for seven years.
