Many of our tenants have expanded in the same building or moved within the park for larger quarters. National Business Parks has just begun a leasing program for 400 College Road East, a 72,000 square-foot building that will become available later this year when Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis. , its sole occupant occupant n. 1) someone living in a residence or using premises, as a tenant or owner. 2) a person who takes possession of real property or a thing which has no known owner, intending to gain ownership.
