Thomas R. Lasier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Princeton National Bancorp, Inc., has announced the appointment of Gary Bruce to the Corporation's and Citizens First National Bank's Board of Directors.

Lasier stated, "Gary has been a successful businessman and an integral part of the community for many years. The knowledge he has gained through owning and operating his own business will be an asset to the Board."

Bruce has owned Bruce's Jewelers since 1979 but has been involved with his family business since he graduated from Gem City Gem City may refer to the city of Gem, Kansas.

  • Quincy, Illinois
  • Dayton, Ohio
  • Laramie, Wyoming
  • Erie, Pennsylvania
  • Toronto, Ohio

Bruce resides in Princeton with his wife Diane. They have one daughter, Sarah, a senior at Wartburg College in Iowa studying for her degree in Choral Music Education.
