Workplace Learning is a unit of Primedia's Education and Training segment and provides learning products and services for more then eight million professionals in the industrial, healthcare, banking, automotive, fire and emergency, government and law, and security markets.

Workplace Learning's four main units include: the Industrial Services Group, a unit that helps companies design training programs. The Healthcare unit creates staff development programs and promotes lifelong learning Lifelong learning is the concept that "It's never too soon or too late for learning", a philosophy that has taken root in a whole host of different organisations.
