Prima Announces 2.5 Million Sales Agreement.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Prima (TSX VENTURE:PID)(FWB:PDV) management is pleased to announce the signing of a five year 2.5 million dollar sales agreement with N.C. Insulators Inc. an international distributor of energy saving products. This agreement is for the purchase of $500,000.00 of private labeled coating product per year for five years with extension rights. N.C. Insulators Inc. is a marketing company with market penetration in Mexico and the Middle East.

Prima President Roland Langset says, "This agreement is very good for PID as the Ceramic Insulcoat product line is extremely effective in the warmer climates delivering substantial energy savings and this agreement will level the Canadian sales volume which fluctuates due to seasonal influences."

NCI President says, "He is thrilled to be associated and to have a long term agreement with Envirocoatings." Following substantial evaluation, he says, "He considers Envirocoatings to be the finest product available."
