Priceless New Residence Opens in Time Warner Center.

-- A spectacular new "residence" has opened at Time Warner Center The Time Warner Center is a mixed-use skyscraper developed by The Related Companies in New York City. Its design, by David Childs and Mustafa Kemal Abadan of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, consists of two 229 m (750 ft) towers bridged by a multi-story atrium containing upscale retail  - and it cannot be purchased at any price. The exquisite residence - complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, a terrace and breathtaking views - is a full-scale, offsite model for the new collection of 173 luxury condominiums at 10 West End Avenue. While construction is being completed on the soaring 33-story glass tower, developers Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Cambridge Development & Construction took the highly unusual step of creating an exact offsite model, providing buyers with a tangible sense of the quality of these new residences.

"Today's sophisticated buyers cannot just be told that a development is unique, they need to experience the difference," said Andrew S. Cohen cohen

, partner of Apollo Real Estate Advisors, a development partner of Time Warner Center. "For that reason, we built a complete and accurate model residence so that buyers can walk from room to room rather than trying to imagine the space based on a floor plan."

Many times, offsite sales offices will only include a model kitchen and bath. The 10 West End model, though, is a full-scale 1,329-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath residence featuring accurate photo mural mural

"This model provides an unparalleled sales experience," says Ethan H. Lazar, president of Cambridge Development & Construction. "Buyers can envision themselves in their living room watching the sun set over the Hudson River Hudson River

At 10 West End Avenue, residents will find an enriching lifestyle and one-of-a-kind amenities. Celebrity fitness expert Ari Weller has designed a fitness center, which is adjacent to the glass-enclosed, slate and quartzite quartzite, usually metamorphic rock composed of firmly cemented quartz grains. Most often it is white, light gray, yellowish, or light brown, but is sometimes colored blue, green, purple, or black by included minerals.  50-foot pool. The Children's Museum of Manhattan The Children’s Museum of Manhattan was founded, under the name GAME (Growth Through Art and Museum Education), in 1973. With New York City in a deep fiscal crisis, and school art, music, and cultural programs eliminated, a loosely organized, highly creative group of artists  is creating a children's activity center, providing the building's youngest residents with a place for fun and discovery.

The one- to four-bedroom residences at 10 West End Avenue range from approximately 750 to 2,600 square feet and from approximately $806,000 to $5.7M. Occupancy is anticipated for Spring 2007. Please visit www.10wea.com or call 212.710.1010 for more details.
