The redesigned Posey Deluxe Podus Boot (Model 6147) offers comfort and protection against heel ulcers and plantar plantar /plan·tar/ (plan´tar) pertaining to the sole of the foot.

 at an affordable price. Available in two sizes, the Posey Podus Boot is made with moisture-wicking Orthowick[R] material to help keep feet dry. The contours of the inner shell isolate the heel to prevent/treat heel ulcers and accommodate up to a 45[degrees] plantar flexion contracture contracture /con·trac·ture/ (-cher) abnormal shortening of muscle tissue, rendering the muscle highly resistant to passive stretching. .
