Presidential Center 100% full.

Peter Schofel, executive vice president of Eastman Management Corp., announced three leases have been signed at Eastman's Presidential Center bringing the office building to total occupancy.

Gari Software has taken 2,155 square feet for a sales office and design studio. The firm is a subsidiary of multi-national IDD Information Services of New York. Gari Rafsky, the firm's president said "we selected space at presidential Center because of Eastman's excellent track record for making corporate tenants happy and we're looking forward to a long and successful relationship here."

Two other companies have renewed their leases. NHP, Inc., a residential (HUD) property management organization will continue as a tenant with 3,100 square feet, and the accounting firm-of McEnerny & Brady renewed their lease, taking additional space for a total of 3,700 square feet.

Presidential Center is an 80,000-square-foot corporate building located in the heart of Livingston, one of Essex County's most desirable communities. It offers easy access to Route 10, the Garden State Parkway and Interstate Routes 80,280 and 287.

Eastman Management Corp. is based in Livingston and is an affiliate of Eastman Construction Co. The company has created more than 1.5 million square feet of business-oriented space throughout Northern New Jersey.
