Many Fortune 500 corporations, business schools, and government agencies use BaFa' BaFa', a cross cultural simulation, to train people how to live and work in a foreign culture, encourage and manage diverse work forces, and merge different two or more work cultures. Pumping the Colors is a unique team building simulation that helps team members use performance standards and team processes to coach themselves to higher team performance. Star Power helps participants understand the dynamics of power and how the structure of an organization affects people's perception of power.
