Hamilton, who joined Classroom Connect in January 1999, brings extensive executive-level Internet business experience to Evolve's board of directors. Classroom Connect is the leading provider of products and services to help K-12 educators use the Internet in their teaching. Prior to joining Classroom Connect, Hamilton served as president and chief executive officer of both the technology industry consulting firm Dataquest (a GartnerGroup company), and First Floor Inc., the leading provider of Web-based marketing encyclopedias for sales force automation vendors, since purchased by Calico Technology, Inc. Prior to Dataquest, Hamilton was partner and national director of market development for Ernst & Young's information services group, and vice president and general manager of Computer Science Corporation's professional services organization.

Hamilton's professional affiliations include trustee, Committee for Economic Development; board of advisors, Wildlife Conservation Society; and board member, Commonwealth Club of Silicon Valley, R.R. Donnelley & Sons (NYSE: DNY), a leading international printing, information services and logistics company, Lante Corporation (Nasdaq: LNTE), an Internet services company that develops sophisticated technology-based solutions that enable emerging electronic markets, and Software.com, Inc., an Internet messaging software developer. She was previously Chairman of ADAPSO, now Information Technology Association of America, on the boards of directors for Joint Venture Silicon Valley and the California Chamber of Commerce.

Hamilton has earned industry-wide recognition for her accomplishments. She was recently named one of the "10 Noteworthy Women Internet CEOs" by women.com, one of "Five CEOs to Watch" by Forbes ASAP and one of the 20 most influential women in high technology by Upside magazine. She holds a B.A. Degree in History and Political Science from Indiana University and has completed post- graduate studies in International Relations at Boston University in Heidelberg, Germany as well as Executive Management at the UCLA Graduate School of Management.
