User Registration and Survey

Presenter, Inc., a leading developer of software solutions for enterprise communication, today announced iPresentation Suite 4.6; the latest release of Presenter's flagship business knowledge delivery solution. The new features in iPresentation Suite 4.6 make it easier for training managers to assess learning effectiveness and for marketing professionals to track and collect vital lead information. New customers such as AT&T, Intersil, Massmutual and Royal Alliance have embraced the iPresentation Suite as the easiest way to create and deliver high-impact content without complicated software and hardware on the desktop.

iPresentation Suite 4.6 increases customer satisfaction by delivering enhanced messaging through customer feedback, as well as collecting, notifying no·ti·fy

-- User Registration and Survey: Customizable user registration and survey forms allow marketing professionals to use Web presentations to collect lead information, view statistics, and receive audience feedback. The information can be exported in Excel format.

-- Quiz Insertion and Reporting: Knowledge authors can create and insert quizzes into Web presentations and track the viewer's responses in online reports. Reports can be exported into a learning management system for performance tracking.

-- PowerPoint with Audio Upload: 4.6 supports the upload of voice-narrated PowerPoint(R) files using the built-in narration function, in addition to telephone-based recording. Uploaded files are converted by the iPresentation Podium Server to a Web presentation with Macromedia(R) Flash(R) slides and streaming audio that can be delivered over the Internet. Content authors can record and edit voice narration without making a long distance phone call.

-- Enhanced iPresentation Playback: In addition to Presenter's patented thumbnail navigation, iPresentation playback now includes features such as: displaying speaker notes, searching for key words in a presentation, displaying slides in full screen, swapping the display of video and slides and customizable templates to match corporate branding.

-- Improved Live Presentation Archiving: Archiving a live Web presentation now includes telestration (annotation on a slide) and whiteboard sessions.
