 announced that Scott E. Rabacs has joined the firm as controller.

As controller, Rabacs will be responsible for all financial and management reporting for Prescott's various operating entities including Prescott Capital Management, the firm's investment and asset management unit, and Prescott Capital Advisors, the firm's investment banking affiliate, as well as for all of Prescott's real estate transactions and holdings.

Rabacs joins Prescott from Apollo Real Estate Advisors, LP where he was fund manager and controller for several of the private equity opportunity funds sponsored by Apollo. Prior to joining Apollo in December 1999, Rabacs was controller for NorthStar Presidio Management Company beginning in January 1995.

He began his career in 1989 at BDO Seidman BDO Seidman, LLP is the United States arm of BDO International, one of the largest accounting firms outside of the Big Four. History

Its present name was adopted in 1886. Bucknell has a college of arts and sciences and a college of engineering. .
