Rabacs joins Prescott from Apollo Real Estate Advisors, LP where he was fund manager and controller for several of the private equity opportunity funds sponsored by Apollo. Prior to joining Apollo in December 1999, Rabacs was controller for NorthStar Presidio Management Company beginning in January 1995. He began his career in 1989 at BDO Seidman BDO Seidman, LLP is the United States arm of BDO International, one of the largest accounting firms outside of the Big Four.
