The new products will provide banks, investment advisors, insurance firms and other institutional investors with access to information from various asset management and accounting systems through one integrated platform. Premier will develop the new products in association with Bankers Trust, whose BT-World data delivery workstation has set industry standards in recent years. It brings together Premier's industry background and technical expertise in developing its GLOBAL-PLUS(R) and MAXIMIS(R) asset management systems with Bankers Trust's extensive industry knowledge and product expertise gained in the development of BT-World. The BT-World data delivery workstation will serve as the prototype for a new data delivery platform, based on an open architecture. The new product will support information retrieval, statement data and download capabilities on several client/server platforms and will accept data from multiple asset management and accounting systems.
