Premier Sourcing Partners Expands Its eHealth Services with Park City Solutions.

Premier Sourcing Partners (PSP), the information technology division of Premier, Inc., is expanding its eHealth products and services offering with Park City Solutions, Inc., a leading technology and professional services firm.

Premier is a leading alliance committed to improving healthcare quality, enhancing safety, and reducing the costs of patient care delivery. PSP and Park City Solutions will provide eHealth portal solutions and Web services to Premier's more than 1,500 member hospitals and healthcare systems.

Under terms of the three-year agreement, PSP and Park City Solutions now co-deliver Web services at pre-negotiated, reduced rates, including:

    --  Web/eHealth strategy and readiness projects

    --  Portal design and implementation services for: - Physician
        portals,

          - Patient portals,

          - Employee portals, and

          - Community portals

          - Legacy-to-Web systems integration

Through the agreement, Premier members can purchase the Park City Solutions emPOWERnet(TM) technology at reduced rates. emPOWERnet is a customizable eHealth portal solution that allows healthcare organizations to enhance access, distribute information, and maximize applications across the enterprise.
