Premier Solutions names Maryanne Fleisher general manager.

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 1994--Premier Solutions Ltd. Monday announced that Maryanne Fleisher has been appointed general manager of the company's GLOBAL-PLUS product group.

In this newly created position, Fleisher will have overall responsibility for that group's quality control, product architecture, client management services and support/development functions. She will report directly to Jay Mossman, president and chief executive officer of Premier Solutions.

In a related announcement, the company has also named Eileen D. Van Scoy as manager of Client Management Services for the GLOBAL-PLUS product group. She will report directly to Fleisher.

Fleisher and Van Scoy bring a wealth of experience to their new positions. Fleisher, who joined Premier in 1985, previously managed the company's client services organization including system administration and ongoing technical support. She has more than 20 years of experience in securities operations and service.

Before joining Premier, Fleisher was vice president of Account Management at Littlewood Shain, an industry consulting firm. Prior to that she was a Relationship Manager at SEI Corp. and served as manager of Securities Operations at First Investment Annuity Corp. She holds an undergraduate degree from Villanova University.

Van Scoy has more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry with a diverse background in customer service, sales support, business development and general business management.

She joins Premier from SEI Corp. where she held a number of positions of increasing responsibility including manager, Quality Control; director, Early Support Program; regional vice president; and most recently vice president, Investment Services.

She holds an LL.M. degree from Georgetown Law Center, a J.D. degree from Widener University Law School, and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
