 has been the reservation system for the group's more than 73,000 hotel rooms serving as a fully-hosted system that connects PHG hotels to more than 1,000 online distributors.

Pegasus will also continue to provide Preferred Hotel Group with the Pegasus NetBooker Internet booking engine, operating PHG's private label iBook[R] product, which enables the hotel group to grow its online business through each hotel's own Web site. In addition, Pegasus will continue to provide PHG with a comprehensive line of Voice Services with its reservation call centers in 9 locations around the world supporting 40 countries.
