Hands-On Portable Instrumentation Workshop-Tools and Techniques for the Comprehensive Food Service Inspection Saturday, June 7 (9:00am - 4:00pm) This one-day workshop is intended to provide participants with new approaches, techniques and tools in performing food service evaluations and audits. The course emphasizes the appropriate use of portable field instruments, as well as their limitations and capabilities. You will use various field instruments under "actual use" conditions and apply the practical sampling skills learned through lecture and large group discussion.
