Pre-builts leasing fast in four Rudin buildings.

 owner/managers of distinctive office buildings, has joined the growing "pre-built" movement in dramatic fashion.

The prominent real estate developer has not only created over 55,000 square feet of pre-built units in four of its properties, but it has embellished the spaces with above standard installations, private office and conference rooms, cherry-stained doors, glass sidelights for ambient lighting Light that comes from all directions. Contrast with "directional lighting," which is made up of a light source with parallel light rays that do not diminish with distance.  Bill Rudin, president of Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of the Rudin Family holdings, the four buildings--80 Pine Street, 110 Wall Street, 355 Lexington Avenue and 845 Third Avenue--will also feature renovated lobby corridors.

"We're trying to meet the needs of the small space user in the same way we deal with the space requirements of larger users--by setting the industry standard with the finest amenities, infrastructure and management services available in the marketplace," stated Mr. Rudin.

Not surprising, the approach is working.

Rudin reports that over 10,000 square feet of pre-builts have already been leased and contracts are out for three other spaces.

Units are still available in all four buildings and range in size from 1,872 square feet to over 6,500 square feet. Rudin Management Company is a vertically integrated organization with professional leasing, operations and management, construction, garage, insurance, security and accounting departments.
