Lauzon, who has been marketing pre-built spaces at such buildings as 888 Seventh Ave. and 625 Madison Ave., finds that it moves off the market much faster, giving class "A" landlords an advantage over their sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner.
