Praxair to Expand Carbon Dioxide Capacity in Q3 1999.

:PX) today announced plans to supply an additional 500 tons per day (450 metric tonnes per day) of carbon dioxide carbon dioxide, chemical compound, CO2, a colorless, odorless, tasteless gas that is about one and one-half times as dense as air under ordinary conditions of temperature and pressure.  to customers in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America.
