Prandium delisted.
Prandium Inc. filed a petition on Oct. 31 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission to have its stock deregistered from the Over the
Counter Electronic Bulletin Board and Pink Sheets' Electronic
Quotation Service Electronic Quotation Service
An Internet-based quotation service operated by Pink Sheets LLC for brokers and market makers of over-the-counter equities and bonds. .
All three of its subsidiaries--Koo Koo KOO Korte Officiers Opleiding
KOO Key Operating Objectives Roo, Chi-Chi's and
Hamburger Hamlet--filed for bankruptcy bankruptcy, in law, settlement of the liabilities of a person or organization wholly or partially unable to meet financial obligations. The purposes are to distribute, through a court-appointed receiver, the bankrupt's assets equitably among creditors and, in most protection last month, and the
Irvine-based company's stock closed at 7 cents on Nov. 4.
