Praedium announces $18m sale in San Diego.

The 90,000 square foot, two-story office building contains a 4,000 square foot "Class 10,000" clean room and a 3,000 square foot full-service cafeteria. The property is currently 100% occupied by software firms.

Praedium's local operating partner is Matthew J. Root of The Shidler Group in San Diego. The venture was represented in the sale by John Hale John Hale is the name of:
  • Saint John Hale (martyred 1535), British saint
  • John Hale (1636–1700), minister in Beverly, Massachusetts, involved with the Salem witch trials.
 and Jay Alexander of Colliers International, who represented both the buyer and seller.
