Practising Law Institute Creates Inaugural ``Managing Complex Litigation'' Conference.

) will host its first annual "Managing Complex Litigation: Legal Strategies and Best Practices in 'High-Stakes' Cases" conference. The program will be chaired by Richard W. Clary, Head of Litigation at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , and will take place on November 16, 2006 at the PLI New York Center.

The full-day program will be a meeting of prominent corporate counsel, lawyers and business leaders and will provide a forum for a discussion of the most up-to-date intelligence on proven strategies and tools to manage the multitude of cross-jurisdictional legal, business and technology issues arising from complex litigation. They also will discuss how to manage overlapping civil litigation and regulatory investigations, handle ethical issues relating to electronic discovery and meet in-house counsel expectations.

Program Faculty

Richard W.
