Currency

Our currency is the Canadian dollar. However, US dollars are widely accepted, The exchange rate may vary depending on where you are. For the past several years the US dollar has been worth much more than the Canadian, an exchange of close to 1.5. Money can be exchanged at the airport, bank, exchange agency as well as your hotel. ATM machines dispense Canadian dollars deducting the US equivalent from your banking institution at the exchange rate at time of withdrawal. All major credit cards accepted.
