Practical Post Play is a booklet for coaches and players that offers a concise approach for development of the "big man." It presents a discussion of the mental approach that is necessary to compete in an incredibly physical and intense environment. The drills are simple and provide the tools that, through constant repetition REPETITION, construction of wills. A repetition takes place when the same testator, by the same testamentary instrument, gives to the same legatee legacies of equal amount and of the same kind; in such case the latter is considered a repetition of the former, and the legatee is entitled , can give the dedicated player an edge in the improvement and versatility needed to excel in the post.
