In 2004, Mr. Dunne was named CB Richard Ellis' top producing investment sales broker globally. He has also been a Colbert Coldwell Circle Member (CBRE's top 3% of brokers) for 15 years straight and has ranked within the company's top 5 investment sales brokers nationally for a consecutive 12 years.
