PowerSpace opens new suite in Village.


PowerSpace & Services, the newest entry into the shared office space business, has opened its second location at 770 Broadway. The 23,500 SF facility will provide individual offices and team/group rooms on the second floor of the newly renovated building, which originally housed the Wanamaker department store. PowerSPACE, a Division of Vornado Realty Trust Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) is a New York based real estate investment trust. It is the inheritor of real estate formerly controlled by companies including Two Guys and Alexander's. , was launched in November 2000 with 75,000 SF at 330 Madison Ave.

"We designed 770 Broadway for the growing number of high-tech and creative businesses that want to be in Greenwich Village Greenwich Village (grĕn`ĭch), residential district of lower Manhattan, New York City, extending S from 14th St. to Houston St. and W from Washington Square to the Hudson River. ," said Kathy Donohue, President of PowerSpace.
