PowerSpace opens new suite in Village.

PowerSpace & Services, the newest entry into the shared office space business, has opened its second location at 770 Broadway. The 23,500 SF facility will provide individual offices and team/group rooms on the second floor of the newly renovated building, which originally housed the Wanamaker department store. PowerSPACE, a Division of Vornado Realty Trust, was launched in November 2000 with 75,000 SF at 330 Madison Ave.

To service its clients' advanced technology needs, PowerSPACE installed category 5E connections for voice and data, high-speed Internet access, cable TV, and connectivity options for both LANs and WANs.
