(OTCBB OTCBBSee OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :PWLX) today announced the resignations of Douglas McIntyre and George Bernardich from the Company's Board of Directors, effective March 2nd and March 6th, 2006, respectively. The Company also announced that Michael Tomlinson and Ted Shalek have been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective March 6, 2006. Mr. Shalek will also serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee, a position vacated by Mr. McIntyre. The Company is greatly appreciative of the past service rendered by Mr. McIntyre and Mr. Bernardich.
