Power3 Medical Products and Proteomics Get Super Coverage on Super Bowl Sunday; 'Forget the Steelers and Seahawks!' as Houston Chronicle Focuses on Scientific Research.

HOUSTON -- While most Americans watched football yesterday, when Steven B. Rash walked into a Super Bowl party, his fellow Houstonians turned away from the big game and made him "feel like a star."

With four articles and more than 3,000 words covering proteomics and his company, Power3 Medical Products, Inc. (PWRM PWRM Pre-Positioned War Reserve Materiel .PK), on the front business page of yesterday's Houston Chronicle, Mr. Rash said he "did everything but sign autographs" at the Super Bowl event.

"Forget the Steelers and the Seahawks!" he said. "Yesterday the focus was on Power3 and our leadership in developing early-detection diagnostic tests for cancer and neurodegenerative diseases neurodegenerative diseases

"I received messages all day from medical industry colleagues, shareholders and wanna-be shareholders," he said, noting that "everyone at Power3 was delighted to see such powerful coverage of proteomics and our very significant progress in the field.

"With a photo of Ira L. Goldknopf, Ph.D., Power3's chief scientific officer, on the cover of the Chronicle's business section, there was as much focus on him than on "The Bus" . . . at least yesterday," Mr. Rash mused.

"Our proteomic-based research and commercialization of early-detection diagnostic tests for cancer and neurodegenerative diseases is on-going," Mr. Rash said. "We sincerely salute and thank Brett Brune, who wrote the articles, and the Houston Chronicle, for their time and attention.

Four articles appeared in the Chronicle:
