Power2Ship Targets Homeland Security Budget; Retains Jose Trujillo to Head its Security Advisory Board.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Power2Ship, Inc. (OTCBB:PWRI), a Web-based Collaborative Marketplace for freight transportation and the security industry, announced that Jose Trujillo, a consultant with extensive government experience and relationships, was retained to pursue security-related government contracts and/or grants. Mr. Trujillo is the ideal person to enhance the growth potential of our security division."

On October 18, President Bush signed the Homeland Security Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2005, providing $28.9 billion in net discretionary spending for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The funding includes $101 million for the Container Security Initiative, $64.2 million for the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection to enhance land-based detection and monitoring of movement between ports and $894 million for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection to enhance the capability of intelligence and information gathering from an expanded set of sources.
