, TANZANIA -- Minister of International Cooperation Aileen Carroll M. Aileen Carroll, PC, MP, BA, BEd (born June 1, 1944, Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian politician and was Minister for International Cooperation in the Paul Martin government. As a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons she represented the district of Barrie, Ontario.  announced that $1.7 million to the Tanzania Financial Sector Deepening Programme Trust Fund a fund supports poverty reduction by pooling donor contributions to give the poor greater access to financial services.

Canada is one of several donors to be contributing to the FSDP FSDP First Sharp Diffraction Peak
