Potential recruits for military.


The Department of Defense recently started working with a private marketing firm to create a database of high school students, ages 16-18, and college students to help the military target potential recruits.

The new database, which privacy advocates say violates of the Privacy Act to reduce government collection of personal information on Americans, will include personal information like Social Security numbers, e-mail addresses See Internet address.

e-mail address - electronic mail address
, grade-point averages, ethnicity ethnicity Vox populi Racial status–ie, African American, Asian, Caucasian, Hispanic  and what subjects the students are studying.
