from orange Citrus sinensis, it can be used to give a high impact,
pungent, yet fresh top note to flavour creations for a variety of food
systems. EVK has been widely found in nature; these natural occurrences
have been reported in tomato paste, grape, guava guava (gwä`və), small evergreen tree or shrub of the genus Psidium of the family Myrtaceae (myrtle family), native to tropical America and grown elsewhere for its ornamental flowers and edible fruit. and kiwi fruit
volatiles.
