Four men have denied murdering a sub-postmaster's son during an armed raid.

Anselm Ribera, 34, Adrian Snape, 25, Christopher Morrissey, 32, and his 33-year-old brother, Declan Morrissey, will now face trial in October accused of killing Craig Hodson-Walker.

Snape, of Small Heath, Birmingham Small Heath is an inner-city area within the city of Birmingham, West Midlands, England. It is situated on and around the busy A-Road called the Coventry Road.

Small Heath is home to Birmingham City Football Club's St. Andrews stadium.
, pleaded guilty to attempting to rob Mr Hodson-Walker and his parents at their shop on January 9.

Christopher Morrissey, of Sheldon, Birmingham; Declan Morrissey, of Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands West Midlands, former metropolitan county, central England. All four men also entered not guilty pleas to possessing a firearm firearm, device consisting essentially of a straight tube to propel shot, shell, or bullets by the explosion of gunpowder. Although the Chinese discovered gunpowder as early as the 9th cent., they did not develop firearms until the mid-14th cent.  with intent to endanger life, while Declan and Christopher Morrissey pleaded not guilty to a robbery which is alleged to have occurred on December 31 last year.

Mr Justice Roderick Evans remanded all the defendants in custody and fixed their trial to begin on October 6.
