Port of Los Angeles Tenders Waterfront Relocation and Long-Term Lease Offer to Ports O' Call Restaurant Corporation.


SAN PEDRO, Calif. -- The Port of Los Angeles The Port of Los Angeles is located on San Pedro Bay in the San Pedro neighborhood of Los Angeles, approximately 20 miles (30 km) south of downtown. Also called Los Angeles Harbor and WORLDPORT LA  today formally tendered a relocation RELOCATION, Scotch law, contracts. To let again to renew a lease, is called a relocation.

The Port extended the offer in hopes of retaining the restaurant as a long-term Port tenant within the Port's "From Bridge to Breakwater The Bridge to Breakwater is an annual footrace held along the Los Angeles Harbor in San Pedro, California, featuring 12k and 5k distances. The event debuted in 2006[1]. " waterfront development. The current location of the restaurant is in an area earmarked for redevelopment. Port plans call for redeveloping the entire 8+ mile San Pedro Waterfront.

During the period of site selection and construction of the new restaurant, Ports O' Call Restaurant will continue to operate at its present location, on a month-to-month lease, until the new location is ready to open.
