Port Authority approves money for projects.

Citing a report from Bloomsberg, the paper said $65 million of that total will be used to purchase the property and make the required renovations at Queens West, a mixed-use facility in Hunters Point Hunters Point refers to the following places:

In Hoboken, N.J., the remaining $24 million will be used to demolish a pier and create a waterfront park north of the train station, which serves as New Jersey Transits major terminus.

The Queens facility, when revamped, will include two million square feet of office space, four apartment complexes and a large hotel.
