Porno wars on TV.

An international cartel of pornographers was on collision course with the Government last night.

The sex merchants, who have already begun beaming hardcore and kinky movies to satellite receivers in the UK, have now opened a London office for credit card subscribers.

Insiders in the softcore British sex industry believe that, if the Government challenges their right to do this, they could take their case to the European Court - and win.

The Dutch bosses, trading under the name of Channel Bizzare TV, advertise movies with "30 specialist interests" as well as "straight" sex.

They have many British investors - and British porn actresses appear in their films.

French, German and Dutch adults can already watch these movies legally.
