The technology will enable Atemis' customers to make calls to any phone, from any location with a simple Internet connection via their CRM application, accessible to all customers directly from the ATEMIS e-business Management portal.

In addition to the server free, hardware-minimal aspect of the technology, Atemis chose Peerio(TM) for its cost effectiveness and simplicity in offering the functionalities needed to enhance their CRM solution. In addition, the integration will eliminate the need for physical call centers, enabling employees at those centers to work in whatever location is preferable, thereby reducing overall costs.

"Peerio(TM) was clearly the best business solution. We looked at SKYPE, but Peerio(TM) came out on top because it was the only choice that offered a full, expandable set of professional functionalities," stated Benoit Barrier, Chairman of Atemis.
