When its initial lease was signed at Worldwide Plaza in 1988, PolyGram occupied four full floors, totaling 118,000 square feet. Since that time, PolyGram has leased an additional six floors in the building, and with the new agreement, has options to expand further over the term of the lease. Bruce Weinberg, an ESG Associate Managing Director who also served on the PolyGram team, said the company elected to remain at Worldwide Plaza following a thorough review of marketplace alternatives.
