PolyGram will occupy a total of 10 floors, encompassing 300,250 square feet, at the building situated at 49th Street and Eighth Avenue. The terms of PolyGram's existing lease have been re-negotiated and extended for an additional 15 years. The Edward S. "In recent years, PolyGram has been aggressively absorbing available space at Worldwide Plaza in order to accommodate the rapid growth of its core entertainment businesses," noted David W. "We determined that no other Midtown office building could afford PolyGram the same combination of seamless occupancy, growth opportunities, technical infrastructure and long-term operational flexibility," Weinberg said.
