Abcure S-40-25 sprayable 40% emulsion of BPO in water recommended as an alternative to MEKP in applications that can tolerate introduction of water with the catalyst. Can be stored at room temperature in large quantities and does not require yellow label for transportation.

Water-Wet benzoyl peroxide in paste and granular formulations. Granulars offered in 70%, 75%, and 78% concentration. Standard paste products from 25-55 % are smooth, non-separating creams (pigmented or unpigmented) for marine repair and polyester or acrylic adhesives. Polyester auto body putty, specialty formulations available. Low-viscosity, pourable, pumpable, sprayable emulsions at 40% by weight for use where granular or high-viscosity pastes are not applicable.

Mono-Pak custom additive packages for elevated-temperature molding of reinforced plastics may contain catalysts, mold releases, thickeners, and pigments. Preweighed mixtures of additives supplied in a soluble package that can be dropped unopened into the resin mix, eliminating preweighing, saving labor, simplifying inventories, and eliminating rejects caused by weighing errors involving critical additives.

Specializes in custom formulated pastes to meet requirements in assay, viscosity, pigmentation, and stability where mix ratios dictate peroxide activity level.

Organic peroxide initiators include dialkyl peroxides, diacyl peroxides, peroxydicarbonates, alkyl-hydroperoxides, peroxyesters, peroxyketals, and custom blends.

Peroxyesters include t-butyl peracetate, t-butyl peroxybenzoate, t-butyl peroxypivalate, t-butyl peroctoate, t-butyl peroxyneodecanoate, along with t-amyl analogs for each product.

Diacyl peroxides include several grades of benzoyl peroxide that are in water wetted granular form and powdered form in various phthalates. Lauryl peroxide also available. Dialkyl peroxides include di-t-butyl peroxide and various grades of dicumyl peroxide. Range of liquid and solid peroxydicarbonates available.

Alkyl hydroperoxides include cumene hydroperoxide and t-butyl hydroperoxides. Cyclohexane type peroxyketals available. Specializes in custom blends and packaging, and return-for-reuse containers for liquid and solid initiators.

Organometallic promoters for polyesters include Copac cobalt/potassium complex, which can extend more costly cobalt promoters and reduce color; Nuxtra cobalt-12%, a standard cobalt promoter; and Nuodex cobalt 254 modifier-promoter, which helps control speed of gel promotion and prevents gel time drift.

Di-Cup dicumyl peroxide and Vul-Cup a,a'-bis (tertiary butylperoxy) diisopropylbenzene used to cure unsaturated polyester at temperatures over 250 F and with other peroxides to improve performance.
