PolyOne, Cleveland, OH, has entered into a process to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Transcolor S.A., a large color concentrates producer operating in Spain.PolyOne, Cleveland Cleveland, former county, England Cleveland, former county, NE England, created under the Local Government Act of 1972 (effective 1974). It was composed of the county boroughs of Hartlepool and Teeside and parts of the former counties of Durham and , OH, has entered into a process to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Transcolor S.A., a large color concentrates producer operating in Spain. The parties are working together on the legal and financial process, and they expect to complete the transaction during the first half of 2002. Transcolor, whose plant is located near Pamplona in northern Spain, is an ISO (1) See ISO speed.
