In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners. of PolyOne, will supply rubber compounds to current PolyOne customers based in China for use in printing and industrial rollers, as well as serve U.S.-based companies that are just beginning to manufacture automotive parts and industrial products in China.
