For the past 12 years, Mr. Sloan has been with Ciba Self-Medication, Inc., a $750 million consumer division of Ciba-Geigy Corporation. He most recently held the position of Vice President - Marketing, with direct responsibility for leading all marketing efforts, including brand management, market research and consumer affairs. He also managed the new product efforts of Ciba's OTC product lines including Maalox, Habitrol, Desenex, Dulcolax and Doan's, Eucalyptamint, and Sunkist Vitamin C vitamin C
