Polo Ralph Lauren signs a new lease with Wells REIT.


Wells Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. announced it has signed a new, extended lease with Polo Ralph Lauren Polo Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL) is American fashion designer Ralph Lauren's luxury lifestyle company. Polo Ralph Lauren specializes in high-end casual/semi-formal wear for men and women, as well as accessories, fragrance, and housewares.  Corp. for its offices in Lyndhurst, N.J.

The new lease signed by the fashion giant runs through 2019.

Polo Ralph Lauren already occupies more than 60 percent of the Copper Ridge Center building at 9 Polito Drive, in Lyndhurst, part of Northern New Jersey's Meadowlands submarket.

The 10-story, 268,000 s/f Class-A office building was built in 1989, and acquired by Wells REIT REIT

Wells was also represented in the transaction by Jon Meisel of Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S. ; Polo was represented in the transaction by David Goldstein David Goldstein is a radio talk show host and blogger in Seattle, Washington. He hosts "The David Goldstein Show" on Saturdays and Sundays on 710 KIRO. Goldstein first gained notoriety in 2003 for Initiative 831, which would have officially proclaimed Washington State political  of Studley.
