Polivec Announces New Release of Compliance Management System; Centralized Policy Creation and Management Reduces Compliance Overhead by 50 Percent.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Polivec, Inc., a leading provider of essential compliance management solutions, today announced Version 3.9 of the Polivec Compliance Management System (CMS). The latest version provides improved version control and document management features to enable mid-market and large corporations to more easily create, communicate and certify corporate policy.

With its enhanced, graphically intuitive features, CMS Version 3.9 helps corporations more easily manage access to policy, administrative and reporting functions based on an employee's needs and role within the company. New robust document management features enable executives to import any document while maintaining full version control. They also can create folder hierarchies and categories to further organize and manage policy documents.

'Custom groups' is another enhancement of the new CMS Version 3.9. Administrators can create employee groups directly within the solution that model their business structure, as well as leverage groups from their existing corporate directory system. CMS can also be set to automatically send policies to new employees as they are added to these groups, lessening the burden on administrators. For all these features, administrators can customize messages, buttons, comment boxes and many other components of the Employee Resource Center (ERC) on a per policy basis.
