Orchestria says that Version 4.0 introduces several enhancements, including additional mechanisms for fine-tuning how policy applies within an enterprise user hierarchy and new content-agent capabilities. Broader Channel Coverage. Along with the communication channels previously supported--which include email, Instant Messaging Exchanging text messages in real time between two or more people logged into a particular instant messaging (IM) service.
