MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2002

Polaris Industries Polaris Industries manufactures a full line of all-terrain vehicles (ATV), snowmobiles, Ranger utility vehicles in 2wd, 4wd or 6wd, Victory Motorcycles and EU rated quadcycles. Polaris no longer manufactures personal water craft or sportboats. Based in Medina, Minnesota.  Inc. (NYSE/PCX:PII See Pentium II. ) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly $0.28 per share cash dividend payable on or about November 15, 2002 to shareholders of record on November 1, 2002.
