Point/split point grinder.

The PS52 drill point and split point grinder is a multi-axis CNC grinder for 1.5 to 13 mm drills. Point angles can be ground from 80 to 140 degrees. Split points can be ground to NAS907, DIN style A, B, and C split points. The machine has three-station simultaneous operations, load/unload, point grind, and split point grind. The production rate on a 13 mm drill is about six per minute and the drill is only located once. Three vee blocks and push rods are required, so setup is fast. Normac Inc.,
