Charming Shoppes Charming Shoppes (NASDAQ: CHRS) is a specialty and plus size clothing retail holding company based in Bensalem, PA. Its subsidiaries include Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, and Catherines. Clothes are sold from over 2000 retail stores in the U.S.  of Delaware, Inc., a specialty apparel retailer primarily focused on plus-size women's clothing, has renewed their lease and expanded from their 13,758 s/f space to a larger space at 463 Seventh Ave, comprising 17,468 rentable square feet.

Charming Shoppes brands include Lane Bryant Lena Himmelstein Bryant Malsin (1879? - September 26, 1951) was an American clothing designer and retailer who founded the plus-size clothing chain Lane Bryant. Early Life & Career , Fashion Bug and Catherines.

Charming Shoppes plans to use the space for both general and executive offices. The building features include new elevators and new windows throughout the building.
